Stimulus bill will help Pennsylvania education

    Education advocates say Washington’s role in funding schools could be redefined. Pennsylvania state officials say that at the very least, the stimulus bill passed in the House last night will allow them to maintain last years’ spending levels and avoid painful budget cuts.
