Sticker Shock

“Project Sticker Shock” is the latest movement to prevent underage alcohol sales. Youth leaders in Delaware County have joined a statewide initiative to to raise awareness of the issue.

The Delaware County Youth Connection and Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems are now part of the Pennsylvania DUI Association’s Project Sticker Shock, the Delaware County Daily Times reports.

Beginning Saturday at Holcomb in Media, the groups will work with beer distrubutors to put stickers on alcohol products that read: “It’s not your call it’s the law! It is illegal to buy or provide alcohol for anyone under 21!”
