Stay issued in Alycia Lane-Larry Mendte suit

Alycia Lane’s civil case against Larry Mendte was delayed again today.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Ron Castille issued a stay in the case, after first instituting a ban on electronic devices  often used by reporters, reports the Delco Times.

Mendte has pleaded guilty to hacking into Lane’s personal computer and reading personal email.
