State Representatives Earl Jaques and John Kowalko

With so much attention this week on the Supreme Court ruling on health care reform, we take a look at efforts in the Delaware General Assembly to reform health care.  State Representatives Earl Jaques and John Kowalko are sponsoring a bill to create a single-payer health care system.  The bill won’t be discussed until next year, but they say it could increase access and reduce costs for health care.
