The Franklin Institute will introduce a digital sign on the corner of 20th street and Ben Franklin Parkway. Dave spoke with Scenic Philadelphia’s Mary Tracy. Scenic Philadelphia has strongly opposed the implementation of digital signs for a variety of reasons.
