Serious car crash in Seaside Heights

UPDATE (10:20 P.M.): The crash scene is now clear.
Authorities are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle accident in Seaside Heights this evening.
The crash is at Hamilton Avenue and Bay Boulevard, according to Ocean County Police, Fire & EMS on Facebook.
Multiple injuries are reported, and one person was ejected, according to emergency radio transmissions. Firefighters are extricating at least one person from a vehicle at 9:15 p.m.
A medevac was initially dispatched to Sky View Park in Toms River but subsequently canceled as one victim is being transported via ambulance to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.
An accident investigation team is en route to the scene.
Hamilton Avenue is the direct connection to Route 37 from the boardwalk area. Expect heavy delays in the area.
