    Sponsored by the City of Wilmington, Art on the Town is a great way to view the exhibitions in our galleries and visit the artist studios during our extended gallery hours.     Join us as bestselling mother and son writing team “Charles Todd” comes to Hockessin Library as part of their national book tour, promoting An Impartial Witness, the second Bess Crawford mystery, which releases on August 31st. Hockessin Public Library, September 11th, 11 a.m.

    PNC Free Sunday Morning

    Admission to the Delaware Museum of Natural History will be waived from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Sunday, September 12, 2010 courtesy of the PNC Foundation. This PNC Free Sunday Morning is part of a grant from the PNC Foundation’s Grow Up Great with Science initiative.

    Sue Matthews Quartet

    The historic Milton Theatre welcomes back Sue Matthews performing her “Great American Songbook Jazz Standards”repertoire, from Berlin to Ellington, reminding us of the great Jazz Divas from Ella to Peggy. Matthews’ silky smooth voice, smoldering delivery and lyrical phrasing has brought her national and international acclaim. Milton Theatre, September 11th, 8 p.m.
