SEPTA strike over

    Buses, trolleys and subways will be running for Monday morning’s commute. SEPTA says on its website that service will resume at 4:00 a.m. but that it could take till the end of the day before normal operating levels are reached.

    An agreement between the Transport Workers Union Local 234 and SEPTA was announced early this morning. The more than 5000 union members are expected to ratify the deal later today.
