SEPTA releases updated ‘System Status’ page for tracking routes

You don’t need more than a watch to know your bus is late, but it might also be good to know why.

SEPTA is helping clue passengers in with its System Status page. The page went live on Friday, as our partners at Technically Philly report, and gives transit riders a better sense of why their route is behind schedule.
The updated site alerts riders to detours and service advisories in real-time.

Question is, does knowing why your route is late make the wait any less frustrating?
