Second body pulled from Schuylkill River in a week
One week ago, the body of Nardirah Ruffin was pulled from the Schuylkill River. The New Jersey mother was found after being abducted from an Atlantic City home.
This morning, police pulled the body of a man from the River in Southwest Philadelphia. Action News reports the body was found just before 10 a.m. near the Girard Point Bridge. The Asian man appears to be in his late mid- to late-30s, and was wearing blue overalls.
