Scrape or pay

While you’re shoveling your sidewalks and driveways Tuesday and Wednesday, don’t forget to clear off your car. The Delaware River Port Authority has issued a reminder for drivers to clear their vehicles of snow and ice before hitting the road.
Failure to remove the snow and ice could result in a $25 to $75 fine, and $200 to $1,000 is a person is injured as a result. Commercial drivers face $500 to $1,500 fines.
