The first segment of Radio Times ended in a spat between City Councilman Bill Green and City Controller Alan Butkovitz. Butkovitz claimed a laundry list of trade groups, including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, oppose Green’s tax reform. Green countered that GPCC hasn’t rejected the bill, but hasn’t approved of it either. Green had the last word, saying the bill is good for Philadelphia business, who are his constituents.
