Start planning now for next month’s Walk in the Wissahickon with Friends of the Wissahickon.
The FOW is holding its free nature walk Saturday, September 3 at 3 p.m.
Organizers say the walk is scheduled to last for two hours, covering a mile of trails at an easy level.
You’re asked to meet at the small parking lot where Forbidden Drive meets Lincoln Drive downstream from Rittenhouse Town.
Registration for the nature walk is not required but is recommended so that you can be notified of any changes in event plans.
