Rogue sign

In Middletown Bucks County, you can’t turn left out of the Highland Park development onto state Route 413.  At least, that’s what the town would have you believe.  The state department of transportation, however, didn’t even know the sign was there.

The Bucks County Courier Times reports a judge has ruled the town could have to reimburse dozens of drivers cited for turning left out of the complex because the “No left turn” sign wasn’t approved by PennDOT.  Town officials said they did it for the safety of the residents.
