Robber targets Roxborough bank
A suspected serial robber hit another Northwest Philadelphia bank this morning — this time robbing a Citizen’s Bank on Ridge Avenue.
According to CBS 3, the Citizens Bank robbery is the third in the neighborhood in the last five days. Police are looking for the same man in connection with all three robberies.
