Flags to fly at half-staff today for fallen soldier in Afghanistan

    Governor Tom Corbett has ordered that all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities in Lancaster and Philadelphia counties are to be flown at half-staff today in honor of U.S. Army Lt. Demetrius Frison. Lt. Frison, 26, was killed in action in Afghanistan on May 10. His funeral is was held yesterday in southeastern Pennsylvania.
