Resurrected

    Since closing in 2009, Northeastern Hospital has only served as a one-floor prenatal, non-emergency unit. But NAI Bluestone Real Estate Capital now has plans to redevelop the Port Richmond property.

    As Joe DiStefano reports for the Inquirer, the company has raised $9.5 million in debt and equity financing to redevelop the hospital into a “Class A” facility with multiple tenants with the help of Temple University Health Systems.
