Blizzard restitution

    Some good news for those in New Jersey: The Department of Transportation says it will reimburse reasonable towing costs for some motorists whose cars were stranded on state highways and towed during the recent winter blizzard. The department said Monday that it will accept claims from motorists who were stranded “due to circumstances beyond their control.” It said further information on eligibility and how to submit claims will be provided in the coming days.
