Rehoboth mayor continues two-decade reign
Sam Cooper isn’t going anywhere. The mayor of Rehoboth Beach for more than two decades was re-elected over the weekend, beating challenger Tom McGlone by more than 200 votes.
He’ll be sworn in nex month, along with Commissioners Lorraine Zellers and Mark Hunker.
