Refinery air checkup
The Delaware City refinery has been on line almost a year now. At the time the refinery said it would change the way business is done by making sure it did not pollute. The first check on how well the refinery is working is underway. Carolyn Beeler from the WHYY Health and Science Desk is here to explain how that will happen.
