Prosecutor: Atlantic City carjackings are unrelated and random

The Atlantic City carjacking that left a woman dead over the weekend is unrelated to a fatal 2010 carjacking, Atlantic County prosecutors say.

Prosecutor Ted Housel tells the Associated press both carjackings were “random.”

Sunil Rattu, 28, died Sunday at Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort. Radha Ghetia was injured in the shooting. In May 2010, a Hudson County man was carjacked at the casino and stabbed to death.
