Project Engage

A small pilot program that began in 2008 at Christiana Care’s Wilmington Hospital has the potential to transform patient care across the country while saving hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Project engage is a partnership between the hospital and behavioral health treatment center Brandywine Counseling and Community Services.  Together they’re trying to treat addiction, a problem doctors say is often the root cause of many medical problems, yet is rarely addressed.
