Prices at the pump drop slightly in Delaware

Gas prices in Delaware average $3.95 a gallon as of the start of the week – little change from the previous week despite fluctuating crude oil prices.

AAA Mid-Atlantic says prices backed away from $4 a gallon, as oil prices dropped a record $16 per barrel.  Memorial Day is two weeks away and marks the unofficial start  of the summer vacation travel season.  AAA cites some analysts’ projections that prices may drop and settle between $3.25 and $3.75 over the summer.
