Playing with butter
This year’s butter sculpture at the Pennsylvania Farm Show was designed by Conshohocken resident Jim Victor. Victor began working on the sculpture in mid-December, and it depicts, of all things, children playing on a jungle gym and throwing a football around.
The Associated Press reports the 1,000-pound sculpture honors a partnership between the NFL’s youth fitness program and the dairy industry.
Former Eagles wide receiver Michael Quick was on hand for the unveiling.
