Photos: Halloween in NW Philly

Hurricane Sandy swept through Philadelphia on Monday and Tuesday, causing some noticeable damage and a lot of residents to remain homebound until the skies cleared. By Wednesday, the superstorm had moved on and neighbors in Northwest Philadelphia were ready to get out and celebrate Halloween. NewsWorks caught up with them as they strolled down the street for an evening of trick-or-treating.
