400 N. Broad St. is back on the market. The building that houses the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and Philly.com is for sale once again.
Binswager is brokering the deal for the 526,000-square-foot building and its adjacent 502-space parking garage and 200-space surface-level lot. Here’s the listing.
The building went up for sale in 2007, but a deal witht he buyer never closed. Bidding on the 18-floor building ends June 27.
