Philly condom design contest

To prevent STD’s, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health is holding a condom wrapper design contest.  Pamela asked: Where do I sign up?  What are the rules? Well Pamela, all of the contest information can be found at condoms.stdphilly.org. The contest is pretty much open to anyone with a great idea. Most importantly, you must be at least 18 years old and be a resident of Philadelphia to participate.  Submissions for the contest are being accepted through January 14, 2011.  To read Meggan Koles’ original story about the contest click here.
