Nothing like a weekend full of honey to remind you it is, in fact, still summer.The Philadelphia Honey Festival kicks off today with a series of free programs at the Wagner Institute and continues tomorrow at the Wyck House and Bartram’s Gardens.All three are event organizers, along with the Philadelphia Beekeepers Guild.
