Philadelphia tourism official takes job in Atlantic City
After more than a decade with the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, Jeff Guaracino is heading to the Shore.
But it’s no vacation. Guaracino has taken a job with the Atlantic City Alliance. The Business Journal reports he’ll be the chief strategy-and-communications officer, helping boost the city’s tourism beyond gaming.
The ACA works with the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority to market Atlantic City’s restaurant, beach, shopping and historic attractions.
