PATCO offers customer survey for ‘Quiet Car’ program

PATCO wants to hear how you feel about the Quiet Car pilot program. On Tuesday, the Delaware River Port Authority announced it would continue the program, which was scheduled to end on June 1 after receiving positive customer feedback.

PATCO is now offering the chance for customers to take an online survey to provide feedback about the value of the program and what they like or dislike about it.

“We have received positive, anecdotal customer feedback,” PATCO General Manager John Rink said in a statement.

“Now, were evaluating the program more systematically. If most of our customers approve of the Quiet Car, we’ll make it a permanent feature.”

The survey can be accessed on the PATCO website.

The DRPA says since the Quiet Car program launched, a Quiet Car has been running 24-hours-a-day, Monday through Friday.
