An overturned truck is backing up rush-hour traffic on a busy Philadelphia bridge.
The tractor-trailer carrying a shipping container crashed on the Ben Franklin Bridge around 6 a.m. Friday, blocking two lanes into the city.
Traffic is backed up across the span to Camden, New Jersey
The Delaware River Port Authority is advising commuters to take the Betsy Ross or Walt Whitman bridges or the PATCO High Speed rail line.
