Out of business: Philadelphia Belle ceases operations
It’s become a well known site along the Delaware River, but this week, owners of the Philadelphia Belle riverboat announced they were ceasing operations.
According to a report from Plan Philly, operators of the riverboat say sales did not match the costs.
The boat’s final cruise was this past Wednesday.
At this point, it’s unclear what will happen to the boat, according to Plan Philly.
