    Thanks to a new bill passed by Congress — and West Philadelphia’s Prometheus Radio — small radio stations have space to spread their wings on the dial.

    The National Association of Broadcasters and the FCC supported the legislation, which now narrows the gap on the dial that small stations must leave between larger ones. Peter Crimmins reports on Prometheus Radio’s role in the change.
