The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board yesterday reported the state’s wine kiosk program is experiencing some glitches. The kiosks will be down until January due to a technical problem, and until that’s addressed, no further kiosks will be introduced. Reporter Scott Detrow will have the full story later.
