O.C. High School to reopen Monday after mold cleanup

After discovering that a mold problem was larger than originally thought, administrators at Ocean City High School closed down to students on Friday.

Officials found mold in six classrooms and the auditorium and had planned to restrict access to the affected areas. They soon realized that the mold had spread to cafeteria tables as well.

The Press of Atlantic City reports the Ocean City school district has as many 30 crew members working to clean up the contamination and with the exception of the auditorium, the school will reopen on Monday.
