Obama makes another trip to Pennsylvania today

Does it seem like President Barack Obama visits Pennsylvania an awful lot?

He does. The Prez has been here almost 10 times this year, and we’re still several months out from the 2012 primary. Obama will be in Scranton today to discuss the American Jobs Act before heading to New York City tonight for campaign events.

Michael Federici, a political science professor at Mercyhurst College in Erie, told WHYY’s Mary Wilson yesterday Obama’s frequent trips are an aggressive attempt to win over the swing states.
