Nutter signs ethical conduct orders
Mayor Michael Nutter has signed executive orders regulating ethical conduct among city employees. The orders prohibit nepotism, acceptance of gifts and sexual harassment by executive branch city employees, and regulate outside employment of executive branch city employees.
