Rules of the sweepstakes

How to enter:No purchase necessary.

Enter online only.

You must have an email address.

You must “Like” NewsWorks on Facebook to enter.

 

Eligibility:Entrants must be 21 years or older. They must be a resident of New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware. WHYY employees, affiliates and freelancers, and members of their families, are not eligible.

 

Entrants give us permission to use their name to announce as a winner. Winners names may be posted on our Facebook page for a limited period of time.

One entry per person per week.

Bonus entries will be given for people who ‘share’ this with others who then ‘like us’

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. 
ONE (1) Winner will be drawn at random per week and will be notified at the email address provided.

Prize values vary. Conditions for certain prizes apply. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

WHYY is not responsible for entries which are not filled our correctly or are illegible. Void where prohibited by law.

 

How to get additional entries:

1. When you enter the sweepstakes, you will be prompted to invite your friends to enter the sweepstakes.

2. Each friend you invited who enters the sweepstakes earns you an additional entry. (If you invite 50 friends to enter, and 40 do, you get 40 additional entries.)

3. The number of additional entries one can get in this way is unlimited.

4. You may enter once a week, and you can earn extra entries in this way every week.
