New York Post: Christie contemplating presidential run

Despite all other reports to the contrary, the New York Post says N.J. Gov. Chris Christie has begun to actually consider running for president.

“The renewed consideration about a White House run came after prodding this week from some Republicans he idolizes, including former First Lady Nancy Reagan, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and former President George W. Bush,” the Post reports.

Unnamed sources say Christie could make an announcement as soon as Monday, though just Tuesday his brother maintained Christie has no intention of entering the 2012 race.
