    Citizens who go to the website can check out photos and send tips to law enforcement with the click of a button, or a phone call.

    Police Department Captain Len Ditchkofsky says tips are valuable in crime-fighting.

    We right now in Philadelphia have a 100% clearance rate on our bank robberies so far this year due mainly to citizen tips on websites like this and putting their pictures on tv.  So this a great tool.  The more access the public has the better.
