New Media Charter School founder pleads guilty to fraud, conspiracy

Hugh C. Clark, a founder of the New Media Technology Charter School in Cedarbrook, has pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy, fraud and theft.

CBS3 reports the former board chair has admitted to mis-using more than $500,000 by funneling the money into a private school and a restaurant his company controlled.

Clarke pleaded not guilty last April. Co-founder Ina Walker changed her plea to guilty in January and agreed to testify against Clark.
