John Kromer is expected to announce his candidacy for the Philadelphia Sheriff position next Wednesday. His plan, if elected, is to get things in order, close the office and resign.
Philadelphia Weekly published an announcement today from Kromer, a member of UPenn’s Fels Institute of Government, which states his intentions.
