New additions
While other police departments in the region are cutting budgets, freezing salaries and raising benefits costs, the Abington Township Police Department has welcomed four new officers.
With backgrounds from the Marine Corps., West Chester, University, Penn State and Gwynedd Mercy College, the new officers bring a range of experience, including one’s three-year stint in Philadelphia’s 26th District.
