Neshaminy teachers decide on work-to-contract

A strike seems unlikely at this point for the Neshaminy Federation of Teachers.

Without a contract for years and given authorization to strike, WHYY’s Jen Howard says the teachers instead plan to work to contract, meaning they’ll get to work 15 minutes before the bell, and leave 15 minutes after the school day. And they’re not taking any work home.

Look for more details later from Jen, who’s spoken with the NFT about the plans.
