Are you someone that drums to your own beat? This Sunday, you won’t have to with an outdoor drumming event in the Lovett Library Garden from 1-3 p.m.
Experieinced drummers Ron Kravitz, Baba Tyrone Davis, Quint Lange and Barry Bell will all be in attendance. The event is free, but donations are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chari, drum friend and a picnic blanket. The family-friendly event is sponsored by Elise Rivers of Community Acupuncture of Mt. Airy (CAMA) and Ron Kravitz of Music in the Moment. It will be held every first Sunday of the month until October at the Lovett Library located at 6945 Germantown Ave. For more information, call Ron Kravitz at (215) 233-0777
