More than 600,000 in New Jersey without power

Saturday night’s storm is still impacting thousands of residents in New Jersey today, as more than 600,000 homes across the state are without power.

The Star-Ledger says the heavy and wet snow blanketed trees and power lines, causing the thousands of outages.

Utility crews have been working overnight to restore power to customers.

Several parts of New Jersey saw more than a foot of snow.
