More beer: Yuengling to distribute in Ohio in October

    The oldest brewer in the United States is set to expand its distribution into the Ohio market, according to the Associated Press.

    The AP reports the Pottsville, Pennsylvania based D.G. Yuengling & Son, plans to begin distributing its beers in northeast Ohio and Columbus beginning October 3.

    The report came out Tuesday from WTAM radio of Cleveland.

    Currently, the beer maker distributes its beer mainly on the East Coast and southeastern states.

    According to the Associated Press, Ohio will become the 14th state for the company, which was founded in 1829.
