Mendte creates Facebook page demanding justice for Lara Logan

Former CBS anchor Larry Mendte wants justice. No, not for the controversy surrounding him and former co-anchor Alycia Lane. For Lara Logan. Mendte has create the “Justice for Lara Logan” Facebook page to demand action.

Mendte took to Philly Post to demand action by President Barack Obama and witnesses to Logan’s attack to prosecute the group responsible for for the sexual assault Logan endured in Egypt..

The network, he says, is responsible for putting Logan in the thick of a dangerous situation for the sake of good TV — something he says all TV news networks are guilty of doing.

Feed the Feed: Does Mendte have a case, or does he weaken it by reporting on something he says shouldn’t be news in the first place?
