Philadelphia City Controller Alan Butkovitz has publicly announced his endorsement of Mayor Michael Nutter for a second term.
Tom MacDonald was on hand for the announcement. “City Controller Alan Butkovitz has endorsed Mayor Michael Nutter, praising his fiscal sanity in running the city. Butkovitz cited multiple reasons for the endorsement, including Nutter’s watch over pension funds and hiring of Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey.
