Markell visits Chinese language camp

Governor Markell visits a summer camp focused on helping kids learn Chinese.

The STARTALK Chinese Language Summer Camp at Shields Elementary School in Lewes is a two-week language immersion program. The students in K5 are all in the Cape Henlopen School District’s Lighthouse Chinese Program. Teaching children Chinese has been an ongoing effort in the First State.
